Welcome to the St.Francis College Rochestown website.
This school has a wonderful history that has been inspired by the values of St. Francis of Assisi. Our Mission Statement guides our work, and through collaboration between all members of the school community and beyond, we create an environment where our students are encouraged to grow physically, academically, spiritually, socially, and morally.
We encourage our students to take an active part in the life of the college, and we provide many opportunities for our boys to showcase their unique talents through our broad range of extra-curricular activities. The range of activities available to our students is second to none, and this is due in no small part to the outstanding work and dedication of our staff.
St. Francis College Rochestown also has a very strong academic tradition, where all students are supported and encouraged to reach their potential. We are broadening the curriculum at both Junior and Senior Cycle, which will result in an even greater subject choice for students in future years.
The school is also entering a very exciting phase, with the imminent commencement of construction of our new school building. This project will further enable the school to grow the range of subjects available in the school, while also providing state-of-the-art facilities to mirror the high-quality learning and teaching that already takes place in the school.
